It is obvious that Tenby Town Council need to introduce or push for the compulsory introduction of seagull proof bins as soon as possible, for rubbish that waits for collection and gets spread all over the town by gulls at night, especially in the town square.
A simple common sense solution. If the councils can't afford a seagull proof bin policy then may be owners could cover the bin bags or put them out in the morning?
