Tenby's round-the-world adventurer, Rosie Swale-Pope has just passed through the magnificent Ural mountains.
The 57-year-old grandmother, who left her home in the town last October, to travel 20,000 miles around the globe on two feet, is now on the edge of Siberia, 2,000 miles east of Moscow.
Averaging around 40km a day, she is in good spirits and is continuing to receive media attention wherever she goes, which results in people recognising her and giving her gifts of food.
She is now heading towards Kurgan and is on track to reach Omsk by the beginning of July.
She will then continue on her journey, but will return in August to take part in the Omsk marathon.
