TENBY adventurer, Rosie Swale Pope is continuing to put her best foot forward on her 20,000-mile journey round the world and is currently in Lutsa.
The 57-year-old grandmother, who has been averaging around 30 kilometres a day recently and is spending a few days resting in the town, after receiving laser treatment on her feet, is looking forward to crossing the Russian border.
