Water works will see a Tenby road temporarily closed for a day later this month.
Tenby Town Council have been informed by Pembrokeshire County Council that Lower Frog Street, from its junction with access to the property known as Marlen House, south east to its junction with The Paragon will be closed to traffic on Thursday, September 17 for one day to allow Welsh Water to undertake water pipe repair work.
Pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the closure.
The alternative route for vehicles will be: The Paragon, Cresswell Street, St George’s Street and Lower Frog Street.
The restrictions imposed by this notice will not apply to those vehicles associated with the works, emergency service vehicles or vehicular access to affected properties where practicable and will only apply during such times and to such extent as indicated by traffic signs.
It is intended that works are completed within the time period stated above, however this notice may continue in force for a maximum duration of five days if necessary.
