A certificate of service has been awarded to Tenby RNLI volunteer Roy Young.

Roy joined Tenby Lifeboat crew in 1970 and became second coxswain in 1988.

He retired from active duty in 1999 and remained as a shore helper at the station.

Roy became a deputy launching authority in 2006 and continued in this role until his recent retirement.

Everyone at Tenby Lifeboat Station, including coxswain and crew, wish Roy an enjoyable retirement.
