Police are warning members of the public to be vigilant after male persons called homes in the Tenby and Saundersfoot areas last week offering quotes for odd jobs. "The men were offering quotes for odd jobs including gardening, painting and gutter cleaning," said a police spokesman. "We would like to advise members of the public to be aware of these callers and not give money in advance. Householders are advised to use recommended workers that friends or family have used previously." Anyone with any information about the callers is asked to contact PC981 Charlett at Tenby police station on 842303.
