Sir,
I recently attended a boiler breakdown in Tenby and left a note on my windscreen informing of my whereabouts. I returned to the van to retrieve more tools to find a parking fine left on my windscreen. No effort was made to contact me.
My van is my workshop and I need the tools to attend to the job. I shall be most reluctant to return to Tenby if it means an extra cost of £70/£35.
Who should foot this bill? -the resident or the worker just trying to do his job.
