Tenby summer car park attendants, Nick Anthony, Jamie Russell, Carwyn Davies, Tom Roberts and Rhys Owens, joined in the fun of the ninth Pembrokeshire County Car Run on Sunday and painted their faces as they welcomed entrants to Tenby's North Beach car park. The resort was the finishing point for the 85-mile run which started at Milford Marina. Sponsored by the Western Telegraph, a record 337 cars, bikes and light commercials took part in the event. Seen with the attendants is their boss Barbara Powrie, of Pembrokeshire County Council, and Jeff Edwards, car rally organiser.

Our very own accounts manager, Ann Revell, donned 1950s pearls and headscarf as she drove her pride and joy, her 1955 Morris Minor convertible, affectionately known as Mervyn, in the run on Sunday. Ann was joined by her friend, Glynis Southern, for the rally.
