The chairman of Carmarthenshire County Council has held a reception to congratulate two of the county's cup winning clubs.The reception was hosted by chairman, Clr. Dewi Enoch, at County Hall in Carmarthen for Carmarthen Town AFC and Llandovery RFC.And among those in attendance was Tenby postman Deryn Brace, of New Hedges, who manages Carmarthen Town, who won the Welsh Cup.
