'THE Stone Saloon' a Cheltenham-based band, but with a strong local connection (one member of the band Tom Sandal comes from Saundersfoot) have been invited to make a live appearance on the Alan Thomson evening show on Radio Wales between 6 and 9 pm on Monday, January 19.
The band, formerly called 'Ben Lee Tyler Band', have made many appearances at local venues over the past three years, including the Queen's Hall, Narberth; Monkstone Restaurant and Swallowtree Restaurant, both in Saundersfoot; and the Giltar Hotel in Tenby.
Apart from being very busy with gigs all over the UK, the band are currently writing new material, to be recorded and issued on a forthcoming CD.
