Over 50 youngsters, together with several coaches, gathered at the Pembroke Dock Harlequins RFC ground during half-term week to thank Mr. Phil Thompson and Chevron Refinery Pembroke, for their continued financial support to the club.
The youngsters proudly showed off their smart new training tops sporting both the Quins and Chevron logos.
Junior/Mini section chairman, Mr. Stuart Lewis, thanked Chevron on behalf of the 180 junior and mini players, and said that the section was going from strength to strength, with new players joining weekly.
"Without the continued support of Chevron Refinery, however, we would not have the resources to welcome and coach these children," he stated.
Youth coach Mr. Paul Rogers said that the financial assistance and support received from Chevron for junior development would help guarantee the club's long term future within the Pembroke Dock community.
