WHILE musical director Sharron Lusher takes a couple of weeks off choral duties to look after her new daughter, her choir are left in the capable hands of accompanists Eileen Thomas and deputy conductor Elvina Griffiths (pictured).
Elvina, usually a leading member of the alto section, is doing a grand job teaching the choir new music in preparation for their busy season of forthcoming summer concerts and making sure the singers are in tip top musical condition ready for Sharron's return.
