THE Mezin String Quartet will be giving a concert tonight (Friday) at St. Johns Church, Tenby. The quartet consists of Rebecca Whitehurst and Joanne Underwood on violin, James Walker on viola and Kyle Patterson on cello. The quartet formed nearly two years ago and have given a number of highly successful concerts in the area, their most recent being in May at Burnett's Hill Chapel. Tonight's programme will include music by Mozart, Beethoven and Schumann - a repeat performance of the Burnett's Hill concert for those who missed it first time round. The concert begins at 8 pm and admission is £5, to include a glass of wine, and free for all accompanied school children. All proceeds go to St. Johns Church.
