The Kilgetty Autumn Show, held last Saturday, maintained the high standards set at previous shows and there were good quality exhibits in all sections.
The judges' comments were very favourable, particularly in the chrysanthemum and decoupage sections.
It is hoped that the Wales Air Ambulance will benefit by more than £350.
The committee wish to thank all the judges and exhibitors, and those members of the public who turned up to support a very good show. It was very nice to have the support of many old friends, and a number of new ones. Special thanks to the Pembroke Dock and District Chrysanthemum Society for all their help.
The committee is very grateful for the generous sponsorship provided by Texaco Ltd. and Folly Farm.
The judges were: chrysanthemums - Mr. J. Prosser, Swansea; cooking and preserves - Mrs. B. Davies, Llangwm; vegetables - Mr. G. Davies, Neyland; handicrafts - Mrs. M. Eynon, Login; decoupage - Mrs. L. Griffiths, Neyland; sugarcraft - Mrs. K. Fuller, Begelly.
