Sir, I have recently met with representatives from Pembrokeshire County Council at Brother Thomas's Garden to discuss my ideas for the gardens future use. The response I received was very positive and they are waiting for the production of the document I am working on. This document will tie everything together and help turn Brother Thomas's Garden into a performance, education, gathering and reflective open air space that inspires and serves the whole of the community, young and old, local or tourist. I have also received a very positive response from the local schools and education groups. On Monday, September 22, at 6 pm, we are holding an hour-long informal performance evening at the garden for anyone to attend so they can see how the space would work, so please feel free to turn up. There will hopefully be a storyteller, singer and a short lecture. I will speak briefly and be available for questions. Please come along if you are interested, curious, wanting to get involved or just want to see this project move forward. Look forward to seeing you there.
