The Stroke Association is introducing a new project for people affected by stroke and their carers.
The Positive Action for Stroke Project, which is funded by the National Lottery Opportunities Fund, offers: personal action plans; regular weekly meetings; social events and outings; choice of activities; regular reviews for clients and carers.
