The Help for Heroes organisation was set-up a decade ago to support those with injuries and illnesses attributable to their service in the British Armed Forces.
No matter where they served, H4H believe that those prepared to put their lives second, deserve a second chance at life.
Every course and activity offered is aimed to empower these immensely brave men and women to look beyond illness and injury, regain their purpose, reach their potential and have a positive impact on society.
Working with a vast network of professionals and partners, H4H helps our veterans and their families through physical and emotional rehabilitation, identifying new career opportunities as well as financial and welfare support.
It is well-recognised that those who served together, recover better together - supporting each other, enjoying the camaraderie and sense of fellowship once more.
The nation has united behind our Armed Forces. During the first 10 years, H4H has directly helped more than 17,000 individuals and their families in this way and aim to offer this service to thousands more and, thanks to very generous supporters, and specialist charity partners, make all the difference.
A raffle and auction at the annual dinner attended by members and supporters of the South Pembrokeshire Ploughing Society - held at the Giltar Hotel, Tenby, on Sunday - raised a sum of £200.
Chairman Richard Prout expressed his appreciation to everyone present for their support on the day and throughout the year.
