THE Tenby Players enjoyed an exciting and very successful 2005. Winners of the Pembrokeshire One Act play festival with Jimmie Chinn's 'Interior Designs', they were again triumphant in the Welsh Finals at Theatre Colwyn at Colwyn Bay and went on to represent Wales in the British Finals in Ireland. The Players' full length summer production, Marc Camoletti's comedy 'Don't Dress For Dinner', was performed at the De Valence, Tenby, during August and September, and the cast and crew were rewarded by winning the Best Play In The Pembrokeshire Full Length Play Festival. Readings for their entry in the 2006 Pembrokeshire Drama Association One Act Play Festival will be held at 7.30 pm on Tuesday, January 17, at the County Club, The Croft, Tenby. Members and any persons interested in acting or backstage are very welcome. The annual general meeting of the Players will be held at the County Club at 7.30 pm on Tuesday, February 7.
