Organisers of the 16th annual Pembroke RNLI Fun Run/Walk are making final plans for the event on June 18.
The ladies recently met with RSM Kevin Bradley, of the British Army at Castlemartin, together with Col. Rogers.
A four or eight-mile course is made safe for the event and family dogs on leads are permitted. Registration is at 10.30 am and the competitors will be started at 12 noon by Abigail Neale, BBC Wales Today television presenter.
A non-stop barbecue, entertainment and stalls are on site for the day, so why not go along and have some fun and help beat the £7,000 total raised last year - a figure that would train or equip seven lifeboat crew members.
