The following planning applications were recently discussed by members of Tenby Town Council...

• NP/26/0206/LBA: Opening up back of recessed archway between two rooms, at 1 Rock Terrace, St Julians Street, Tenby (approval)

• NP/25/0652/FUL - Change of use from shop unit to office use. New first floor office space, replacement windows & shopfront. Repairs to fabric, at former Griggles shop, Ventnor House, 2-4, Warren Street (Members receommended approval, stating that the proposals will not impact the amenity of neighbouring properties).

• NP/26/0204/LBA – Alterations, repair work and installation of new timber access doors, at Arches and Cellars no’s 12,13,14,15,15A and 16, Paxton Arches, Tenby Harbour (approval).

The recommendations of councillors will be passed onto the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, who will determine the applications.
