An informative has been added to the decision relating to the application to make the agent and applicant aware that the development must not impact the Right of Way during and after work.

• 25/0603/PA: Rear and side extension, at The Laurels, Llanteg, SA67 8QE. This application has been refused.

• 25/1073/PA: Demolition of existing conservatory and replace with new single storey extension. Proposed widening of existing vehicular access, at 2 Cambrian Villas, Stepaside. SA67 8PL. Following discussions, Councillors unanimously voted ‘no objection’.
