Kim Walker, Cyncoed, Cardiff - alterations to existing loft room including renewing and raising roof level and creating dormers to rear, at Shore View, 1 Crackwell Street, Tenby (approval).
Co-operative Food - retrospective plans for one internally illuminated Co-op projector, one set non-illuminated ‘Welcome To’ text, two non-illuminated Co-op logos, at Co-op convenience store, The Green, Tenby (refusal).
Mr. and Mrs. Farmiloe - removal of internal passenger lift, UPVC conservatory and windows and replacement with traditional timber sashes with bi-fold doors to basement with balcony over. Balcony to south-east elevation over extended basement, at Little Rock House, 6 Rock Houses, St. Julian Street, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Jordan, Cafe Feel Good - signage at 1 Warren Street, Tenby (no objections).
Mr. Jamie Dalton, Dwr Cymru Welsh Water - construction of 2.4m high security fencing with associated access gates, at The Salterns, Marsh Road, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Matt Powell - provision of new external fire door opening to south elevation. Change of use of part of existing adventure/play centre to provide owner’s accommodation. Internal re-arrangement of indoor play centre, cafe and gift shop, including alterations to provide owners accommodation. Provision of external fire door and notice boards to facade, at Ocean Commotion, Lower Frog Street, Tenby (approval).
