Mr. Alistair Mackay, Tenby Sailing Club - one holm oak tree, trim to give eight metres clearance from ground, at North Beach, Tenby (approval).

Mr. and Mrs. Manby, c/o M. James Nutting, Acanthus Holden Architects, Watermans Lane, The Green, Pembroke - amended plans to erect a two-storey, three-bedroom dwelling, at Bryn Y Mor, Narberth Road, Tenby (refusal).

Mr. Colin Russell, Fisher Hill Way, Radyr - proposed first floor rear balcony extension and replacement of kitchen door with window, at apartment 2, Park House, Park Place, Tenby (refusal - concerns over loss of light and privacy to ground floor flat).
