Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council’s planning committee recently for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:
Mr. Ben French, HSBC Bank PLC - replacement of existing fascia signage and projecting roundel signage and branch nameplate, at HSBC Bank, Tudor Square, Tenby (approval).
Mr. K. Beynon - renewal of temporary consent NP/355/78 for seven caravans, at Zion Gardens, St. Johns Hill, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Peter Phillips, Carreg Grwca, Glandwr, Cardigan - demolition of existing stores/workshop and remove one chimney, demolish existing conservatory. Form extensions to ground and first floor of house and form new garage, spar facilities to replace existing workshop/stores area. Attic to be converted to provide hobby facilities including provision of dormer window and velux rooflights, at Froyle, Heywood Lane, Tenby (approval).
Mr. Andrew Carne - change of use of shop store to a two-bedroom flat. Replacement shop front, at 5 The Norton, Tenby (approval).
