Mr. Matthew Bryant, Spencer Taverns Ltd., C/o Actoris, 23 Windsor Place, Cardiff - retrospective consent for change of use from A2 to launderette, at Units 2 and 3 Nelson Walk, Upper Frog Street, Tenby (approval).

Mr. John Lewis, 16 Bettws Y Coed Road, Cardiff – two storey rear extension and fenestration alterations, at 9 St. David’s Close, Tenby (approval).
