Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting this week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, were the following:
Mr. Mark Langrell - retrospective application for the erection of summerhouse in back garden, at 44 Oakridge Acres, Tenby (approval).
Mr. and Mrs. Stone - new dormer window to front roof elevation; insertion of two roof lights to rear roof elevation, at 7 Queen’s Parade, Tenby (refusal).
Mr. Emil Chwistek - two-storey extension at 28 Upper Hill Park , Tenby (approval).
Mr. Chris Rogers - retrospective application for third dormer window to front elevation, at White Oaks, Narberth Road, Tenby (approval).
Mr. and Mrs. T. Rowe - alterations to roof including insertion of large dormer extensions together with cladding, at Awenfryn, 10 Hill Park, Tenby (approval).
