NP/26/0302/CLP: Plans for Churchton Cottages, Saundersfoot, SA69 9BB - No's 1 & 2 Churchton Cottages were originally constructed as a single dwelling 'Single dwelling' It was subdivided during the 1960s or 70s into two very small dwellings. There will be no external works that are not already permitted under PDR'S such as the replacement of windows. All works would be internal, to remove walls that were erected in order to subdivide the property and some other reconfiguration of rooms for practical reasons. There will be no extension to the property and services will all use the existing routes. Access will remain the same.

There were no objections from councillors.

NP/21/0457/FUL: Construction of new semi-detached dwelling, at Glenpines, Rushylake, Saundersfoot. Members heard that a decision had already made by PCNPA on this application. Clerk to query.
