The following planning applications were recently discussed by members of Saundersfoot Community Council.

NP/26/0406/FUL: One-and-a-half storey extension over existing ground floor accommodation and internal changes to create a new two-and-a-half storey residential annex and associated external works, at Harbourlight Guest House, 2, High Street, (no objections).

NP/26/0435/FUL: Proposed alterations to existing vehicular access to create two parking bays, at Bryn Eirian, The Ridgeway (no objections).

NP/26/0464/TPO: T1 Lime - prune at Skerry Back House, Stammers Road (no objections).

NP/26/0467/TPO: T1 Oak - prune and raise crown above road 5.2m at White Gates, Stammers Road (no objections).

The views of the Community Council will now be forwarded to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, whose development management committee will determine the proposals.
