Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority has issued a notice to a land owner in Tenby after complaints were made that a coffee and donut street vendor has allegedly breached planning contraventions.

Planning enforcement officers have stated that the mobile unit which is stationed on land adjacent to the Poundland store on White Lion Street, constitutes an unauthorised change of use of open land.

Following a visit to the property, officers have stated that the mobile unit is considered to be development which requires the benefit of planning permission; and as no such permission has been granted, the development is considered unauthorised and in breach of planning control.

PCNPA have notified the land owner that the development either ceases activities or an application for planning permission needs to be submitted, otherwise enforcement action will be taken.
