The following planning applications were considered by members of Tenby Town Council at their recent meeting...

NP/26/0247/FUL - Rear single storey and front porch extensions, at 6, Upper Hill Park. Councillors received a letter from neighbours concerned with size. Comments on visual impact were noted. Impact on amenity and outlook but have suggested potential improvements.

Councillors expressed concerns at height and pitch of roof. Negative neighbour outlook. Rear is excessively large.

The Mayor, Cllr Dai Morgan proposed recommending refusal for the plans. Cllr Anna Bolton seconded and all agreed on objecting to the proposals in their current form but happy to revisit.

NP/26/0149/TCA – Crown Reduction on Tree, at 3 Ivy Cottages.

Whilst councillors were happy to consider the application, all agreed that more information is needed. It was proposed by Cllr Bolton and seconded by Cllr Spence that the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (PCNPA) be contacted for further information.
