The following planning applications were discussed by members of Tenby Town Council at their meeting this month.

NP/25/0302/FUL: Adjustment to rear single storey roof and exchange of Velux window with lantern and alterations and reduction of balcony (in retrospect), at 16 Culverston, Culver Park.

Councillors recommended refusal for the plans, with members stating that they feel that the balcony results in overlooking issues which have a detrimental effect on the amenity and privacy of neighbouring properties.

NP/25/0300/FUL: Replace flat roof of rear wing with pitched roof, at Southcliffe Guest House, Victoria Street.

Members recommended approval, stating - the proposal does not appear to have an adverse effect on the amenity of neighbouring properties.
