Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their most recent meeting this month, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:
NP/24/0581/TCA: Removal of twin trunked T1 Ash tree with dieback; removal of T2 Sycamore and prune low level branches to a head clearance of 2.4 metres for T3 Beech, at 31 The Norton. (Members have no objection; and do not feel the trees are appropriate for a Tree Preservation Order).
NP/24/0627/S73: Variation of Condition 2 of NP/22/0482/FUL – repositioning of MVHR unit and flat roof extended to provide undercover storage space (no increase in height from previous approval), at Goscar House, Crackwell Street (Approval).
