Among planning applications considered by Tenby Town Council at their meeting last week, for recommendation to the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority were the following:

NP/23/0166/FUL: Proposed garage with office/studio space above at Walmer House, Deer Park, Tenby (Approval was recommended, considered against all the relevant policies in the LDP, members feel that this proposal will have no adverse effect on the amenity of neighbours).

NP/23/0167/LBA: Demolition of section of curtilage wall in association with proposed construction of garage and alteration to parking area – Walmer House, Deer Park, Tenby (Approval was recommended, considered against all the relevant policies members feel that this proposal will have no adverse effect on the building’s position within the Conservation Area).

NP/23/0175/FUL: Rear extension, removal of chimney stack, new log burner flue at 42 Lady Park, Tenby (Approval was recommended, considered against all the relevant policies in the LDP, members feel that this proposal will have no adverse effect on the amenity of neighbours.

NP/23/0185/FUL: Replacement of existing ground surfaces in garden, retrospect chimney flue in rear extension, change in ground levels in rear garden; garden sunroom and relocation of shed at 6 The Green, Tenby (Approval was recommended, considered against all the relevant policies in the LDP, members feel that this proposal will have no adverse effect on the amenity of neighbours).
