The following planning applications were discussed at the recent meeting of Saundersfoot Community Council:

NP/23/0111/FUL: Proposed new two storey 4 bedroom dwelling and detached garage in lieu of live consent for the conversion of existing outbuildings (NP/15/0285/FUL) which would be demolished as part of the proposed development, at Bonvilles Court, Saundersfoot, SA69 9BG.

Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Saundersfoot Community Council did not raise any concerns and supported this planning application.

NP/23/0224/S73: Variation of condition No. 2 of NP/170601/FUL to allow submission of substitute drawing to account for structural issue with existing floor, replacement of concrete planks, rebuild inner skin and remaining walls including alteration to fenestration and addition of sloping zinc roof, at Rainbow Vale, The Glen, Saundersfoot, SA69 9NT.

Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Saundersfoot Community Council did not raise any concerns and supported this planning application.

NP/23/0223/FUL: Proposed upgrade to the existing rooftop telecommunications installation. Proposed removal and replacement of existing 3No. antennas with proposed 3No. antennas. Proposed installation of 6m stub tower, 1No. GPS module, 1No. 300 dish and 1No. Rack. Existing 1No. Cabinet to be refreshed internally and associated ancillary works, at Beddoes Court, Milford Street, Saundersfoot, SA69 9EW.

Following consideration of all the information provided by the Planning Authority, Saundersfoot Community Council did not raise any concerns and support this planning application.
