23/0875/PA: External alterations to rear elevation at 3 Giltar Terrace, Penally, SA70 7QD - Following consideration of the information presented, Cllr Neal proposed Penally Community Council have no objections to the application, with Cllr Snow seconding the proposal, and a majority of Councillors in agreement (Cllr Mackie did not vote as prejudicial interest declared).

23/0862/PA: Single storey rear extension, replacement porch & new canopy roof to entrance door at Windrush, Fourwinds Lane, Penally, SA70 7PA - Following consideration of the information presented, Cllr Walsh proposed Penally Community Council have no objections to the application, Cllr Williams-James seconded the proposal, with all Councillors in agreement.

23/0766/PA: Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission 16/0391/PA (Residential development including 8 detached bungalows, 2 detached garages and a sewage pumping station) at land adjacent to the Paddock, Penally, SA70 7NZ - Following consideration of the information presented, Cllr Mackie proposed Penally Community Council have no objections to the application, with Cllr Neal seconding the proposal, and all Cllrs in agreement.
