• 22/0652/PA - Proposed new dwelling with integrated garage to replace existing dwelling at Greentop, 4, Kenystyle, Penally, SA70 7PH. Cllr Snow proposed that Penally Community Council support this planning application, Cllr Neal seconded the proposal and a majority of Councillors were in agreement.

• 22/0754/PA - Alterations and extension to existing dwelling at Mayfield, The Ridgeway, Penally, SA70 7NT. Cllr Rilstone proposed that the Community Council support this planning application, Cllr D’Arcy seconded the proposal, with all councillors in full agreement.

• 21/0415/PA - Proposed replacement dwelling and conversion of existing outbuilding to workshop/entertainment/games room at Sea Cliff, Strawberry Lane, Penally - councillors recommended refusal for the application.
