• 25/0411/PA: Change of use from holiday cottage to residential use, at Tyddyn Castell, Eglwyswrw, Crymych, SA41 3UJ.

• 25/0341/PA: Change of use of land for the relocation of 27 touring caravan to 27 static caravans, associated infrastructure and landscaping enhancements (partly in retrospect) at ‘Caravan and Camping Site’, Stone Pit, Begelly, Kilgetty.

• 25/0390/PA: Proposed board walk, on land adjacent to Community Centre, Hubberston Community, Hubberston, SA73 3BR.

• 25/0417/PA: Provision of 5 units of accommodation for either C3, C5 or C6 use with ecological enhancements (to provide more flexibility than granted under 07/0324/PA), at Asheston Eco Barns, Pen y Cwm, Haverfordwest, SA62 6NH.

• 25/0359/PA: Replace all hardwood windows, doors & glazed units to front of building and windows to east elevation, matching 'like for like’ finishes, at The Old Sail Loft, The Docks, Milford Haven, SA73 3AF.

The following planning applications were determined by Pembrokeshire County Council this month:

• 25/0439/NM: Non material amendment to (Internally, repositioning the access stairs to the lounge will retain the expanse of the main hall/dining room of the original barn and better improve the circulation and layout of our home ) of planning permission 23/0222/PA (Externally - New covered porch, new rooflights, replace windows, relocate flue, replace boiler and reintroduce red shutters. Internally - Change kitchen units, simplify internal stair banister, add new stairs to attic room. Replace stairs removed by previous owner. Externals - Create new Pembrokeshire hedgebank and oil tank screen. Add 2 No. pergolas, summer house and paved terrace), at 6, The Courtyard Trenewydd Fawr, Croesgoch, Haverfordwest, SA62 5JY - the application was conditionally approved.

• 25/0441/NM: Non material amendment to (Amendment to Selected Approved House Types (House Types F, H, J, K & L) to Omit External Roof Chimney Features as part of finished construction of 67no. Dwellinghouses) of planning permission 24/0120/PA (Construction of 67no. Dwelling houses with Access, Estate Roads and Associated Infrastructure), on land off, The Kilns, Llangwm, Haverfordwest, SA62 4HJ - the application was given full approval.
