The deadline is approaching for submission of comments on Pembrokeshire County Council’s preferred strategy for its replacement Local Development Plan (LDP2).
The replacement LDP will shape planning and development in the county (except for National Park locations) up to 2033.
The deadline for all comments on the preferred strategy and a set of related documents is 4.30 pm on February 4.
The Council’s Preferred Strategy for the new Plan includes strategic policies that will provide a framework for more detailed policies and proposals later in the Plan process.
There is also an opportunity for the public to submit Additional Candidate Sites for LDP2, the closing date for receipt of these also being 4.30 pm on February 4.
Further information about the consultation can be found on the Council’s Local Development Plan Review (LDP2) webpage at https://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/local-development-plan-review
Paper copies of the documents are available at contact centres and libraries across the County.
You can contact the Local Development Plans team on 01437 764551 or by emailing [email protected]
Comments on any of the consultation documents must be received by 4.30 pm on Monday, February 4 via post or My Account.
