One of Tenby's seafront builds looks set to be no longer.
Pembrokeshire County Council has applied to demolish the former amusement arcade building at the Duke of York walk.
In a proposal submitted to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the council plans to design a public open with some seating in its place.
Said a council spokesperson: "If permission is granted, the scheme should be underway before spring next year, at the latest."
The application is also due to come before Tenby Town Council next Tuesday for their comments.
