Food and gifts were take to the PATCH charity last week, donated by Penally church and those in the village community.

Although St Nicholas and St Teilos Church has had to be closed since March this year, lots of toys and gifts have been collected.

The charity still welcomes food and Christmas goodies, including wrapping paper, batteries and sellotape, which can be left in the porch of Orchard House (near School Lane).

Members of Penally church are currently in the process of getting the church ready to re-open in December in accordance with the guidelines for the safe use of places of worship.

The date of future services will be announced as soon as possible.
