For 20 years, the charity 'Send A Cow' has provided cattle for central African states. Penally Church, as well as other churches, has very generously responded to this charity which is improving the quality of life for many in Africa. On Thursday, June 5, 10 am - 12 noon, Penally Village Hall will be the place to be for everyone from the church and village to meet together and enjoy a coffee morning, £1 entrance. There will be a plant and cake stall and popular raffle. As well, there will be a short video updating everyone on the 'Send A Cow 'project. For those outside the village who will be especially welcome, Penally Village Hall is ideally situated on the 380 town bus route. Mary Ball's enthusiasm for this personal project deserves a great response.
