Strong winds are expected to continue in Pembrokeshire throughout today (Tuesday, June 6) with gusts between 40 and 50 mph continuing.

This could lead to some difficult driving conditions on exposed roads and the potential for a few more fallen trees. The gusty winds are expected to continue this evening but will then slowly ease through the night.

Weather-related incidents overnight and this morning include: flooding calls due to blocked drains; dangerous trees/branches reported at Fleming Crescent, Haverfordwest; A4076 before the railway bridge into Haverfordwest; at Holloway Lane, Penally, and in Angle.

A number of dangerous branches blocking footpaths have been cleared throughout county

Trees blocking the road at Trefloyne Lane and Commons Lane, Angle, have been cleared.

Trees also reported down near Woodstock Cross on B4239 (Cardigan road) and Llanfyrnach.
