Pembrokeshire County Council has marked the completion of 11 new homes at the Rose Haven Gardens development, delivering a mix of two and three bedroom properties to support local families in accessing high-quality, affordable housing.

Rose Haven Gardens provides both social housing and intermediate rent homes, helping to meet local housing needs and supporting residents who are unable to access accommodation on the open market.

A key feature of the development is the application of a local lettings approach ensuring that priority is given to people with strong connections to the area. This helps local residents remain within their communities and enables those with ties to the area to return.

Designed with modern living in mind, the homes incorporate energy-efficient features, supporting long-term affordability for residents.

Rose Haven Gardens is part of Pembrokeshire Council’s wider programme to address housing need, strengthen local communities, and deliver high quality homes across the county.

By increasing the availability of affordable housing, particularly in rural areas, and prioritising local lettings, the Council is helping to support and sustain thriving communities for the future.
