Following the decision of Pembrokeshire County Council at its meeting on March 5 to proceed with the proposal to discontinue Manorbier Church in Wales VC School, the Local Authority has now published the Statutory Notice.

Anger and frustration has been expressed in the community following the decision by PCC to close the school, which was left unusable following a fire in late 2022.

It is proposed to implement the proposals on September 1, 2026.

The Statutory Notice was published on April 14 and will remain in force until May 11 (the closing date for receipt of objections).
