Seventy-eight parking tickets have been issued in Pembroke Dock in the last month.

The Pembroke Dock Police and Communities Together (PACT) meeting was informed that the traffic warden had been out tackling the issues raised at the last meeting.

Residents were also informed that extra patrols had been placed at the schools at finishing time in a bid to deter anti-social behaviour.

The team had also sent 23 warning letters to drivers exceeding the speed limit outside the 'Blue School' and the Roads Policing Unit had issued 40 fixed penalty tickets.

Residents asked that parking be the priority to be addressed over the next month.

The Pembroke Dock PACT meeting is held on the first Wednesday of every month, 7 pm, at St. John's Hall, Bush Street.
