Up and coming singer Katie Morgan from Pembroke Dock has recently collaborated on a track with a Manorbier songwriter.

The song called 'Can I Come Back', which was written by Manorbier's Brian Clayton, has reached number six in the Soundcloud chart and was spotted and entered into YouBloom - a site set up by Bob Geldof to help breakthrough artists.

With plenty of support from friends and followers of her music, Katie was delighted to recently learn that she has won the initial YouBloom round.

The song was arranged by Canadian Robert Marchand (also known as Bobby Freeze), who was keen to work with Katie.

"Robert has worked with many famous singers, including Celine Dion, so this was a big compliment to Katie," explained Brian.

Italian film director Marco D'Itria has volunteered to come to Pembrokeshire this weekend to shoot a video to accompany the song.

"We are looking for suitable venues where the video filming could be carried out, so if anyone would like to be involved, please get in touch," added Brian, who can be contacted via email at [email protected]">[email protected]
