Hordley, the granddaughter of Mr. Frank Sudbury, who presented the 'Sudbury Bowl' to the club in 1946. Simon Evans (left) from Tenby BC beat John Minchin from Camills BC, Gloucestershire, 21-12 in the final of the Sudbury Bowl. Barry Absalom (centre) from Haverfordwest BC beat John Mulcair from Pembroke Dock BC 21-8 in the final of the Alfred Phillips Bowl. Leslie Davies from Pembroke Dock BC beat Arthur Jarvis, also from Pembroke Dock BC, 21-16 in the final of the Texaco Shield.
