Married recently at St. Mary's Parish Church, Tenby, were Mr. Luke Burton and Miss Gemma Hughes.

The groom is the son of Tim and Julie Burton, of Pembroke Dock, while the bride is the eldest daughter of Mrs. Joan Hughes, Tenby.

Given away by her mother, the bride wore a strapless ivory dress with a beaded trim, and tiara with veil.

Chief bridesmaid was the bride's sister, Fiona Hughes, and the bridesmaids were Taylor and Nikita Field-Thomas (bride and groom's friends).

Best man was Emil Chwistek (friend), while the ushers were Oliver Hughes (bride's brother), Thomas Griffen (cousin) and Ben Field-Thomas (friend).

Page boys were Matthew and Daniel Griffen (cousins) and flower girl was Cleo Harris (groom's niece).

Following the ceremony, which was conducted by Rev. Canon David Jenkins, a sit-down reception was held at Heywood Mount, Tenby, and later moved on to Hooters (Night Owl, Penally).

The couple later left for a honeymoon in Cyprus and will make their home in Tenby.
