Miranda, owner of the quirky gift shop Crystal in Dimond Street, Pembroke Dock, has been working hard to tidy up a part of the town centre. Spar has been empty and tired for some time, but its due to have a facelift.

The Federation of Small Businesses has donated masonry paint in support of local businesses and the Pembroke Dock Chamber of Trade are volunteering their time to paint, wash windows and clean the shop front.

Miranda has worked with local artists and will be exhibiting their work in the windows!

Volunteers are welcome on this project and any interested parties can pop in at Crystal for artistic direction.

Miranda said: "We are really excited to be moving forward with plans to help regenerate our town. Little by little, we can make our environment more pleasing which will encourage people to shop locally."
