The Deputy Mayor of Pembroke, Clr. Pauline Waters, accompanied by Clr. Aden Brinn, attended the opening of the Hereford Fair recently. The fair is organised by the South Wales Section of the Showman's Guild of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Following a reception at the Shire Hall, Clr. Aden Brinn was enrolled as an honorary member of the Showman's Guild of Great Britain, South Wales and Northern Ireland Section, in recognition of his distinguished service to the Guild over many years. Clr. Brinn is a strong supporter of the Pembroke Michaelmas Fair which is held over three days in October each year in the town's Main Street. This fair is enjoyed by local people from the community of Pembroke and other areas throughout the county of Pembrokeshire.
